The Young Piano Course

The Young Piano couse was founded in 2009  in order to have a special program for young talented pianists that combines chamber music making with each other.
Most pianists do not have the opportunity to play chamber music, as well as attending music camp activity. This special project enriches their music-making, as well as their social activities.
The course is part of the Jerusalem Music Center educational activities, and is sponsored by the America Israel Cultural Foundation ,along with private donations.

The Israeli Chamber Club was founded in 2003 in order to perform, record, teach and coach chamber work by Israeli composers. Since its establishment the ICC performed more than 60 works. The members of the club are artists who enjoy versatile International careers who choose to live, work and educate in Israel .They select repertoire of pieces that were composed  more than 30 and 40  years ago , which was not performed since the first premiere, along with premieres of well- established and young composers.

The ICC educates passionately young players playing new music, and Israeli music in particular. The students work and perform with the professional musicians in its concert series. The ICC participates in special productions, such as Sixty years of Music (the celebration of Israel 60th anniversary) and lecture-concerts. The ICC won the distinguished Partos Prize from the Ministry of Culture in 2004. The ICC collaborates and is sponsored by The Felicia Blumental Music Center, The Israel Ministry of Culture, The Tel Aviv Municipality, The Israeli Music Institute and The Israeli Composers League.
